Our olive oil

If a good wine is essential to a Portuguese table, the same can be said of a great Olive Oil, in fact it´s an integral part of the typical Portuguese cuisine. Conscious of its importance, we felt the need to provoke the palate of those who visit us by developing our own quality olive oil- Sublime Vintage 2017. Both intense and complex, in the nose one senses the aromas of tomato leaf, fresh herbs and green apple, in the mouth is a little bit sweet, with a subtle spice which bring it complexity and persistence.
