At Sublime Spa we believe that in order to achieve complete well-being and the perfect physical and emotional balance, our daily routines should be complemented with the practice of exercise. Therefore, we offer a weekly wellness calendar with activities that are available throughout the year.

Weekly Wellness Group Experiences:
Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga with Meditation
Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation
Full Body Circuit Training
Abs, Legs & Glutes Workout
TRX – Suspension Training
Please note that not all the above experiences may happen within the same week, as the wellness calendar varies weekly and the experiences are according to instructors’ availability.

Private Wellness Experiences:
Private Personalized Yoga (60m)
The session will be entirely personalized for each individual according to your preferences, current state of well-being and level of expertise. Our Yoga Instructors will perform a Yoga Consultation at the beginning in order to design and customize the whole experience. You will also be able to include Meditation, Pranayama or even Tibetan Singing Bowls in each session.
Private Personal Training (60m)
Our Personal Trainer will be able to adapt each session and incorporate several different types of training according to each person’s preferences, goals and current state of well-being. An opportunity to keep healthy surrounded by Nature.
Private Tennis Lesson (60m)
Whether you are a beginner or advanced player we offer the possibility of enjoying a Private lesson or a one-on-one lesson surrounded by Nature at Sublime Comporta’s tennis court
Please note that with the exception of the Private Tennis Lessions, both Private Yoga and Personal Training sessions may be experienced in your own Villa, depending on room category booked
