New Year’s Eve Dinner at Sem Porta:

After-Dinner Beverages include gin, whisky, rum, vodka, wine, beer, sparkling wine, soft drinks and tonics.

January 1st Breakfast and Brunch: Beverages included (soft drinks and wine).

Children Policy: Children from 0-4 years of age (in a baby cot) are cost-free; children’s dinner (5-12 years of age) - €110. Extra beds are available for €60 per night (individual cost/limited availability).

COVID-19 Policies: Maximum of 6 people per table. Children will be seated with their parents for dinner. No children entertainment service will be available. Live ambiance music will be playing during dinner. Pre-dinner and after-dinner beverages will be served at each individual table only. Unfortunately, our annual Sublime Comporta New Year’s Eve After-Dinner Dance Party will not be available this year.

 

 

Booking Policy: This offer is subject to availability and applies for New Year’s Eve (December 31st, 2020). Not cumulative with other promotions or special conditions. Subject to change without prior notice. To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% on the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled/altered with more than 7 days’ notice. Cancellations/alterations with less than 7 days before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking. The penalty is waived in case of: flight cancellation, closed borders, unexpected illness, mandatory quarantine, new travel restrictions announced by the Government of Portugal or by the country of origin. These situations are only considered valid if happen after the reservation is confirmed.

SPA: The indoor pool is open for a maximum of 4 people at a time, but the sauna and steam bath are still closed due to Covid-19. The Spa is exclusive for adults except between 10am and 11am when children are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool with adult’s supervision. 

Breakfast is incuded on the rate but reservation is required due to social distance on our restaurants. 

Credit Card Policy

We require your credit card details in order to guarantee the reservation (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). A deposit will be charged according to the season for which the reservation is made (see below). No-show or early departure implies full penalty. Please note that the credit card used to pay or guarantee the booking must be personal to the guest staying at the hotel. The credit card used to pay or guarantee the reservation must be presented at check-in, as well as an official identification document. If you are not the owner or intend to pay at the hotel with a credit card different from the one used to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will refund any amount already charged on the card used for guarantee and full payment of the reservation will be made in person using the new credit card provided.

For pre-paid reservations or for reservations made during our Special Season (1 July to 31 August) the guest will receive a link by email to proceed with the authorization of the deposit. This is a safe payment link from Unicre.

Normal season:   1 November to 30 April (excludes National Holidays, New Year's and Easter) 

Reservations cancelled or altered with more than 5 days notice are without penalty to the guest.

Cancellations or alterations with less than 5 days before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking.

 

On high season:   1 May to 9 June, 14 September to 31 October, New Year’s, Easter and National Holidays

Reservations cancelled or altered with more than 7 days notice are without penalty to the guest.

Cancellations or alterations with less than 7 days before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking.

On New Year's we require a deposit of 50% to confirm the reservation. 

 

On special season 1: 10 to 30 June / 1 to 13 September 

Reservations cancelled or altered with more than 7 days notice are without penalty to the guest.

Cancellations or alterations with less than 7 days before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking.

 

On special season 2: 1 July to 31 August 

To guarantee your reservation we require a deposit of 30% on the time of booking charged on your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). The transaction is done through a safe payment online link (Unicre). You will receive an email to access the link after confirming your reservation. 

The deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled/altered with more than 14 days notice, minus an administrative tax of 20€. 

Cancellations/alterations with less than 14 days before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking.

You'll be charged 100% of the total stay. If you cancel after 12:00 AM local time, less than 21 day(s) before arrival.
