COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
COMPORTA AND GRÂNDOLA:
Escape to Comporta and enjoy warm sunny days amidst nature! Here you will find lush rice fields, umbrella pine trees and cork oak forests, and be able to enjoy sunbathing amongst some of the best deserted beaches in the country.
Apart from the different options for accommodating you, in any of our Rooms, Suites and Villas, at Sublime Comporta the hotel has all 4 restaurants operating during the summer (Sem Porta, Tasca da Comporta and Food Circle), as well as Sublime Comporta Beach Club located on Carvalhal Beach. Sem Porta and the Lobby Bar are open year-round.
Sublime Spa
Our Sublime Spa is also open and operating although with some restrictions on treatments.
Our guests have free access to the pools and spa. The indoor pool, sauna and hammam, require advance booking.
Adult’s outdoor pool and children's outdoor pool open from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Indoor Spa pool is exclusive for adults (over 18 years old), except between 10 AM and 11 AM when children are welcome with adult’s supervision.
The indoor Spa pool has a maximum capacity of 4 people at each time, it’s recommended to book a slot (45min) in advance.
COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS:
Sublime Comporta is currently adhering to all the new health and safety measures from the European Safety Seal 2021 and to the local measures from the “We Keep Comporta Safe” initiative, organized by the local community of retailers, hotels and restaurants to ensure all visitors and locals alike stay safe while enjoying their visit.
As per government guidelines, the following rules apply:
Hotel and outside guests over 12 years old are required to present a digital recovery certificate, vaccination certificate, or negative PCR test (done 72h before entry), or negative antigen test (done 24h before entry) at the Portuguese border. Masks must only be worn inside.
** COVID-19 PCR TESTS **
Now Available at Sublime Comporta!
To guarantee the safety and comfort of our international community, guests may now book an appointment with our private doctor and perform a PCR test without leaving the comfort of the resort.
Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays during the afternoon.
Results are sent to guests within 24 hours.
Should guests require getting tested at another time, our Guest Relations team will arrange logistics and help schedule appointments with local testing sites.
All restaurants, cafés, stores and services are open in Comporta.
Below are some of the restrictions establishments are following:
• A Digital COVID Certificate or proof of a negative Covid Test is not required when dining outdoors;
• Masks must be worn when circulating indoors in any establishment;
• Restaurants and cafés can be open with no time or capacity limits;
• Grocery stores, Retail and Services open without time restrictions;
• Permission to practice physical activity outdoors and in gyms.
We are prepared to welcome you in a safe and secluded environment, perfect for disconnecting from the outside world and enjoying the slow living of Comporta.
