Together with our Chef, we have designed an absolutely unique cooking program for our guests in which each participates in the culinary experience from start to finish.
He/she will participate in harvesting the seasonal vegetables in our organic garden (whenever possible), accompanying the Chef to a local fisherman selecting the “days catch” this will be followed by a workshop where you will get hands on experience and learn culinary tricks of the local cuisine. You will then be preparing your own dinner while enjoying a glass of regional wine and learning about the Portuguese gastronomy using traditional products and giving them a modern twist.
